Nairobi Toastmasters Club collects limited personal information through this website: contact details submitted via the enquiry and contact forms, and, for members, profile information used to run club business (meeting-role sign-up, speech scheduling, announcements).

What We Collect

Guest enquiry forms collect name, email, phone (optional), and any message you provide. Member accounts store profile details you choose to add, meeting-role history, and speech requests. Email and phone numbers are private by default and never shown to other members unless you explicitly opt in via your profile’s directory visibility settings.

How We Use It

Information is used only for Toastmasters club business: following up on enquiries, running meetings, and club administration. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries to run the site: keeping members signed in to the portal, and remembering interface preferences such as light/dark mode. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. Video content is embedded in a privacy-enhanced mode that avoids setting cookies until you choose to play it.
